If you’re one of the countless people who don’t make a habit of reading regularly then, you might be missing out. and if you are missing out, chances are the children in your care are missing out as well.

Reading is very important to our everyday lives and more so to the lives of the children/students who are entrusted in our care on a daily basis. It has a significant number of benefits, both to the young and the old. Reading is the gateway to our imagination. It opens up new worlds every day to those who have formed a habit of doing it.

I have come to realize that there is nothing impossible for someone who reads well and with understanding. Mastering any subject in school begins with a child’s ability to read and understand what he/she read.
